The shipping policy explains shipping fees, shipping zones, shopping tax, package tracking, lost package, order cancel, out-of-stock, and package damage.
Shipping Fee
Our standard shipping service to most areas in the United States, United Kingdom, and most countries in Europe is free. Please understand we charge some shipping fees in some remote areas, such as Alaska, Hawaii, mountain areas, and the countryside.
We also offer a fast shipping service if you need it and are glad to pay for the extra shipping fee.
Shipping Zone
1. The shipping address should be a physical address.
2. We DO NOT ship to the P.O. box address.
3. Some remote areas we don’t ship to currently such as some uninhabited islands.

Note for taxes:
We do not charge any importing fees, duties, or VAT (Valued Additional Tax) on our website. Some customers may receive an invoice for duties or tariffs from their home country’s customs agency, and it is due to your local policy.
Delivery
Our shipping warehouses are mainly located in China, the United States, and the United Kingdom. We will choose the best method based on the product’s inventory and order destination. We currently do not accept shipments from designated warehouses. The shipping fee will be calculated after you filled the shipping address.
We use reputable couriers like EMS, FEDEX, and the company which is famous in your local area, all items will be tracked for your peace of mind.
Most items will be shipped within 24 hours after the payment is completed. Please understand that legal holidays will be postponed later. (Including holidays in the US/UK/Europe/China)

Lost Packages
FotizoAce.com will be responsible for all items damaged or lost during transit.

Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the package is shipped. Please understand that, once the package is sent out, we are not able to stop it on our side. Please contact us for more help at service@fotizoace.com.
Out Of Stock
There are some situations that we can’t control before shipping. Such as when there is only one product left in stock, but two people place an order at the same time. When the product is shipped out during quality inspection, it is found to be defective.
If the above happens, we will contact you immediately and negotiate a solution that satisfies both parties.
Package Damage
We will be responsible for all this happens. Please contact us within 45 days after you receive the package at service@fotizoace.com. We will come up with a solution for the specific situation.
