Explanation

If you are in any way unsatisfied with your FotizoAce purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 45 days after the package is received. We will make a full refund and not charge any fee if the package meets the following criteria:
1. Must be unused and show no signs of wear.
2. Should be in their original packaging and securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.
3. Must include all originally received parts, hardware, and instructions.
4. The returned item must have a Return Authorization number, which will be issued by FotizoAce upon approved returns.

Customers will be responsible for the return shipping fee if the product has problems as below:
Customers change their minds, place the wrong order, or leave the wrong address.
